A proud longtime resident, Debbie became a Realtor® out of a desire to make a difference in people’s lives—finding deep fulfillment in helping others achieve the dream of homeownership.

With nearly a decade of experience in real estate and five years in property management, Debbie brings strong organizational skills, clear communication, and a calm, problem-solving approach to every transaction. Known for her responsiveness, professionalism, and steady guidance, she ensures her clients feel informed and supported at every step—from the first conversation through closing day.

Whether helping first-time buyers, growing families, or long-time homeowners, Debbie approaches each relationship with care, patience, and unwavering dedication.

Fluent in Spanish and passionate about serving people of all backgrounds, Debbie believes real estate is as much about community as it is about homes. When she’s not working with clients, she enjoys bike riding, attending her children’s soccer games, and spending time at the beach with family.

Lexi

Head B in Charge

Lexi is a 12-year-old Shepherd Mix who was adopted as a puppy from the Washington Animal Rescue League in DC. She is a sweet, but jealous girl and there is no dancing or hugging when she’s around.

Otto

The Protector

Otto is an 11-year-old Boxer Mix and was adopted when his previous owner couldn’t care for him anymore. He is a gentle giant and always ensures that all of the pups are being treated fairly, even when they misbehave.

Little Russell

The Greeter

Little Russell is a 6-year-old street dog from Puerto Rico (also known as a Sato). He was adopted locally through Toby’s Rescue as a 12-week-old puppy. He’s still not completely comfortable around strangers, but once he gets to know you… he’s the greatest snuggler ever.

Bruno

Director of Recreation

Bruno is a 5-year-old Goldendoodle, and is a great big teddy bear full of energy. There is never enough play time in a day, and he spends hours running, jumping and chasing his best bud, Little Russell, around the back yard every day.
