Having spent more than 16 years in the local real estate market, Angela began on the title side of the business before transitioning to sales. She quickly saw success and was awarded the Greater Capital Area Association of Realtor’s Rookie of the Year. Angela was featured by DC Metro Real Producers as a 2017 Rising Star, and in 2018, she was named one of “Three Realtors to Know” by the Washington Business Journal.

Originally from Cali, Colombia, Angela has real estate connections both nationally and internationally. She enjoys traveling back to Colombia to visit family and friends, but also tries to explore a new culture as often as possible with her travel partner, Lee. She is the proud mother of three… Sofia, Valentina, and Oliver, and spends much of her free time with the kids’ activities, including field hockey, soccer & karate. Angela also is passionate about helping others, and volunteers monthly with the KIND organization, where she helps distribute food to children in need at local elementary schools.

Alison studied at the Art Institute majoring in Interior Design. She decided to merge her passion with Real Estate in 2020 and apply the creative design knowledge to help her clients get their home market ready.

Alison loves connecting with people and really gets to know them on a personal level. This helps create a business relationship where her clients can be totally themselves and comfortable knowing0 she’s got their best interest at heart.

She loves to cook all the comfort foods, being in nature and is a huge rescue dog advocate.

Erica joins Northgate Realty with many years of experience in both real estate and interior design, helping her clients find the potential in a space, and knowing how to highlight its features. Erica’s goal for her clients is to make sure they feel seen, heard, and educated through every step of the home buying and selling process.

Growing up in Buffalo, NY Erica learned the value of hard work (and a solid snow shovel), which she puts into everything she does. Living in the Silver Spring area since 2005, she is knowledgeable about neighborhoods, playgrounds, pools, and the best dining around.

When she’s not working to provide excellent service to her clients, Erica can be found cheering on the Buffalo Bills, attending a Dave Matthews Band concert, playing trivia with friends, or training for her next powerlifting competition.

Gayle joins Northgate new to real estate, but with much experience working with clients and keeping them happy. She has a background in education, editing, and design, which gives her a keen eye and a passion for the small details. She has always been interested in real estate, spending too much time looking at the housing market and going to open houses for fun. When she’s not obsessing over the market, she’s filling her head with all things pop culture.

Originally from Southern Maryland, Gayle has lived in Northern Virginia for over a decade and enjoys getting out to see the sights with her family, and you can often find her wandering around Mount Vernon with her husband, kids, and dog.
