From start to finish, Angela was patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly responsive. She took the time to answer all of our (many) questions and provided honest, thoughtful guidance on every home we visited. Her genuine nature and professionalism made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Angela is not only a fantastic real estate agent, but also a truly kind and easy person to work with. Chelsea Durante24 March 2025Referred to us by another realtor across the country, Angela and Lee came highly recommended for their reputation of excellence in real estate—and they exceeded every expectation. Working with Angela and Lee Goldstein was an absolute pleasure from start to finish! As two active-duty military officers with a young child searching for a home from out of state, we knew the process would come with challenges—but Angela and Lee made it seamless. From the beginning, they took the time to truly understand what our family needed in a home, ensuring we had the best options despite being remote for much of the process. Working with us and our schedule to be able to visit, they dedicated an entire day to touring properties with me, carefully noting our preferences, concerns, and must-haves. Knowing we couldn’t be physically present for much of the search, they went above and beyond—personally visiting countless homes on their own, sending detailed updates, and ensuring we didn’t miss any opportunities. Their dedication, initiative, and deep understanding of our situation gave us complete confidence and trust that we were in the best hands. Beyond their dedication to finding the right home, their expertise and commitment were invaluable when we faced a challenge with our VA loan appraisal. Angela put in extra hours researching and compiling a compelling case to adjust the appraisal, and thanks to her diligent work, we secured the full adjustment, which is seldom successful or heard of! Their knowledge, professionalism, and unwavering support made all the difference in this process. We are so grateful for Angela and Lee’s hard work, expertise, and genuine care in helping us find the perfect home. If you’re looking for realtors who go above and beyond, advocate tirelessly for their clients, and treat you like family, we highly recommend them! Thank you again, Angela and Lee!Posted on Google

Quanda Allen6 February 2025Northgate is a professionally run brokerage. Lee and Angela are responsive and knowledgeable. They were willing to work with me in getting a home sold that required a lot of time and attention. Even when the market turned and our original list price became elusive, they helped me navigate through a reduction and ultimately an offer.Posted on Google
Melanie Moreno24 January 2025Lee and Angela were a delight to work with. They understood the property, the location, the lot size, as well as the trials of being an estate sale. We ended up selling the property to the right people, all with Lee and Angela's coaching and support. I would definitely work with them again!Posted on Google
Jeffrey Lewandowski28 November 2024My wife and I started working with Lee and Angela well over a year before we sold our house and bought another one. We are dual military and they worked tirelessly to navigate our shifting work schedules to ensure we felt confident selling our home. They took the time to understand our needs and wants in a new home and their knowledge and experience led to us finding a great property where they accepted our offer immediately. Irma M17 October 2024My office has had the pleasure of working with KIM JONES of Northgate Realty. She has been awesome. She helped one of my clients who was into retirement and needed to sell her condo to get into the next phase of her life. My client was able to sell at a lovely profit due to Kim's hard work and staging suggestions and is enjoying her retirement. My family has also used Kim's services to purchase several investment properties. Kim is GREAT!Posted on Google

mohamadou siby6 June 2023Lee helped us sell our house in Shepherd Park in 2016 and we went overseas to retire. Missing our kid and grandkids, we moved back to the US and decided to buy a house. We called on Lee to help us look for our dream house. My wife and I were promptly informed by Lee that if we waited few weeks we will have the pleasure of working with a duo team of Lee and Angela. (They were going to get married on March 4.) Meanwhile, my wife and I were put in touch with a mortgage company to help us with the financial side of things. Lee and Angela hit the ground running. We found our dream house after three weeks of looking and going to all the neighborhoods we were interesting in. Lee's depth of experience of the DMV real estate market and Angela knowledge of the different neighborhoods in Montgomery county was valuable and made the experience a fun and painless. Our sincere thanks to the Goldstein team. Fatu & SibyPosted on Google
Zachary Levine18 February 2023Our friends at Northgate are truly exceptional. We have worked with them on two purchases and a sale in 2013 and 2020. They were clear, professional, patient, and unbelievably dedicated. We felt like we were their only clients — and we most certainly weren’t. They offered perspective, opened up their network of consultants when issues came up in a deal, and were always the first one ready to help — and aways with grace and patience. The next time we need to move in the DC area, we will call Angela. We’re excited to do so.Posted on Google
Tyler Linder27 January 2023Lee and Angela went waaaayyy out of their way to help me find a house. Wouldn't be where I am today without Northgate realtyPosted on Google

Bruce Knox15 January 2023Lee Goldstein helped us with renting our first house and then we called on him again when we were ready to buy. This was our first time buying a house and from what I’ve heard it can be a pain but the whole process was extremely smooth with no issues.Posted on Google
Joyce Bargeman13 January 2023We had amazing experiences both buying a home through Lee Goldstein and selling that same home 20 years later through Lee and Angela/Northgate Realty. Both processes were smooth and worry-free. We were well informed and advised every step of the way. When we sold our home, Northgate presented several solid offers and ensured we had the information to select the offer that was most advantageous to us. Thank you Northgate Realty!Posted on Google
Marrio P10 January 2023Working with Angela to buy my first home was such a wonderful experience that when my partner Katie and I decided to start looking for our first home together, there was no question in my mind that we would go back to Northgate Realty. We were so lucky to have Lee, Angela, and their amazing team guiding us through the process. From the very first meeting, it was clear that they had a wealth of experience and a creative approach to the industry. They made us feel completely at ease and never once did we feel nervous about buying or selling. Their patience, expertise and commitment to our needs was unmatched. They went above and beyond to make sure we found the perfect home that fit our lifestyle and budget. With cutting-edge technology and a combined 30+ years of experience, we knew we were in good hands. Eka Omanidze5 January 2023Angela was absolutely amazing at finding the perfect place for me, and she did it all so quickly. I can’t believe how efficient and effective she was throughout the entire process. She truly went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy with the outcome, and I can’t thank her enough for all of her hard work. Laura Vasquez4 January 2023Angela made me feel like I was house searching with my best friend! She was just as happy and excited to help me find “the one” as a true friend would be. She’s excellent about communication. I was a first-time home buyer and Angela guided me through the process flawlessly. She was available day and night, showed me houses and neighborhoods that suited me but I hadn’t found myself, and truly cared about finding a place for me that I would be happy in. She didn’t pressure me into closing a sale as some realtors do. In fact, she cautioned me not to sign the dotted line when I was wowed with the aesthetics of a place without reviewing all of the disclosures first. Great advice on common house problems and their future ramifications. Angela was a shark with negotiations too. She got my closing costs paid by the seller and negotiated other concessions. I was very satisfied with all of her referrals- home inspector, title company, home warranty, interior decorator, etc. I highly, highly recommend Angela!Posted on Google

She helped us through the entire process from search to closing and made a stressful process go smoothly. Highly recommend!!Posted on Google

Lindsay Cobbs4 January 2023Lee is knowledgeable, accessible, and patient. Lee provided helpful insights about the market before I was ready to purchase. When I was ready, ironically Lee was the seller’s agent for my current home. The transaction was complicated but Lee helped me navigate the process and manage my stress. I appreciated Lee’s straightforward but tactful honesty. I have recommended him to potential buyers and if a new opportunity arises I would work with Lee again.Posted on Google
