Now with Northgate Realty, he brings that experience to clients throughout the DMV (DC, Maryland, and Virginia), helping individuals and families navigate real estate decisions with clarity, care, and confidence.
Over the years, Marc’s work has extended well beyond buying and selling homes. Through his background in education and community involvement, he has developed a strong understanding of how personal, financial, and lifestyle considerations intersect with real estate, particularly during periods of transition.
That perspective naturally led Marc to develop specialized expertise in helping clients manage more complex moves, including downsizing, relocation, and later-in-life transitions. To further support clients facing these situations, Marc earned the Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designation through the National Association of Realtors, which focuses on the unique financial, legal, and emotional considerations that can arise during these types of moves.
What sets Marc apart is his ability to look beyond the transaction. He takes the time to understand each client’s goals, coordinates trusted resources when needed, and helps manage the many moving pieces that often accompany major life changes, while remaining equally effective for clients making traditional moves, investments, or relocations.
